HF Communications Experiment.

The form of the propagation path and the relative signal strengths recorded by the oblique sounders during the total eclipse can both be usefully used to improve aspects of HF communications. Oblique sounding in conjunction with other techniques leads to a powerful tool with which to make measurements of the ionosphere.
