UKSSDC - STEREO Archive movie access
These directories contain movies of the data from the HI imager, part of the
SECCHI package on the STEREO spacecraft.
- The images have been corrected for the effects of having no shutter and
the majority of the blooming caused by saturated pixels has been removed
by interpolating over the saturated columns.
- The movies in the month directory are composites of the daily movies in
the subdirectories below.
- The movies with a diff suffix are formed by doing a running difference
through all the days images. Those without that suffix have a daily
minima subtracted to remove the f-corona.
- Normally the movies have a linear auto contrast set to 5-95% of the
dynamic range of the data. Those with the _e suffix are histogram
equalised within the same range.
