| It is hoped that all the results from this experiment will be put
together with the scientific measurements.
This way we can discover something new about the ionosphere that will improve the quality of radio reception in the future. We hope to learn allot about the nature of the upper atmosphere from these experiments. And by looking back at the observations of made during previous eclipses this century we can learn if the sun has changed at all over the decades. The signal strength experiments are intended to mainly learn about the natural level of radio signal absorption in the upper atmosphere. |
