New Site for Chilton Ionosonde Means a Return to Real-time Data
A new, permanent site for the Chilton ionosonde means real-time data is again available from this station. The ionosonde is running routinely every 10 minutes and sending data automatically to the WDC as it is taken.
During the last year the Chilton ionosonde has been on a temporary site with no real-time data link. As a result, data was only made available every one to two weeks.
